In many organizations, a project led work form today is the normal way of working, in others project led work is becoming more and more common as a method to develop the business. There are projects of many different kinds, such as developing products, marketing offers, streamlining operations, delivering large customer orders, a reorganization or implementing events. Project management cuts across industries and professional roles and is about collaborating people in all kinds of modern professional environments.
